Hi everyone! I'm a full time student looking for a roommate to share this downtown off campus townhouse with. I'm looking for one roommate. The townhouse is very clean and recently updated with new kitchen appliances and a new dryer/washer. The downstairs is hardwood flooring while the upstairs is carpeted. The complex is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is a two room one bathroom townhouse with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, heating air-conditioning, and fully furnished. You will have a private room but share a bathroom. The rent is $400 including utilities and the cost of half the internet bill is $35. So the total monthly cost will be $435. Also a deposit of $300 that you will get back. The length of the lease can be 6 or 9 months. The complex has a parking lot and each roommate gets a parking tag for their car so parking is not an issue. Downtown WVU campus is a 4-5 minute drive about two miles away from the house and the mountain line buses run back and forth throughout the day (orange line). I have driven, walked and taken the bus to campus and never had an issue with any. If you have pets just let me know and we can discuss it i love animals but unfortunately I am allergic to some.
