I am searching for a roommate for Aug xxxx. It is a three bedroom, two bath condo unit in Shepherdstown, WV, complete with its own balcony. :) It is under construction at the moment so all appliances and decor will be brand new. It's a beautiful place, and the building has its own laundry and parking spaces(but you have to pay a little bit for parking), not to mention incredible views. Email me for further info.
