Reviews and analyzes all facets of daily processing to ensure settlement, fssociated rejects are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with FDC Standards and Policies.
Daily operational responsibilities include process failure/issue identification, escalation through trouble reporting and/or to senior management, and investigation necessary for resolution to mitigate client impact, risk, and operational losses.
Assists team with daily settlement reconciliation. Release ACH and Bankwire payments through platform specific funding procedures.
Communicate with internal and external clients (both domestically and internationally) regarding operational processes and client inquiries ensuring all service level agreements are met or exceeded.
Prepare, update, and maintain settlement/funding process documentation required for representative desk procedures, Sarbanes-Oxley, Audit, and BCP.
Analyze and evaluate current operational systems and procedures to continually improve and enhance efficiency. Communicate potential changes to management for approval. Execute and monitor changes during implementation.
Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
